Nathi Samora Pasiya is a charismatic and solution driven entrepreneur whose journey in business began at a very young age. He completed his studies at Monash University where he majored in a Bachelor of Business Science in Economics and Management and then later completed his postgraduate in Corporate Governance Economics. He has also completed a certificate in Financial modeling and corporate evaluation with the International Finance Institute.
He worked at Investec in Corporate and Institutional Banking for a few years, this is where he refined his skills of interacting and providing tailor made solutions for different demands of different clients.
He has vast experience across many sectors and not only in corporate banking, finance and commercial cleaning but also in the food services industry.
His diversity and ability to solve problems and understanding his clients allows him to run an organization that knows how to deliver premier services
Dalitso Mukumbe
Managing Director
Dalitso Mukumbe is the Co-founder/ managing director of Pamuka Pty (Ltd) and has proven experience of his entrepreneurial skills in various sectors from Banking & finance, cleaning & Hygiene services and the food and catering Industry.
Dalitso completed his studies at Monash University where he graduated in a double major in Economics & Management. He Began his journey at Investec where he worked as a private banker and this is where his skills of relationship building , dealing and handling of clients and the harnessing of the culture of delivering exceptional services to clients has now become a core of his business’ values.
He is a leader that is able to adapt to change whilst being able to lead and motivate his team to always persevere and keep focused on delivering a superior service to their clients.

Nakisa Lwandle Pasiya

Nakisa Lwandle Pasiya is an individual who prides himself in adding value in every aspect and project he involves himself with. Pamuka (Pty) Ltd. was also co-founded by Nakisa as he is a visionary, that uses his experiences to elevate the ideas in which he has. Nakisa strives to use every moment as a learning opportunity as he believes that no knowledge is too much knowledge, and this enhances the way in which the business grows.
Nakisa attended at Varsity College where he majored in a bachelor of commerce in Finance. Nakisa joined Liberty Life whilst he was still completing studies and running a business, and this is where his skill of multitasking was refined. He worked at Liberty as a financial planner and handled various portfolios for various clients.
Nakisa has worked at liberty for a few years and has used the environment to grow his skills in understanding investments and how to analyze the market to the benefit of the company. Nakisa has developed good relations with his clients over the years and his vast experience in finance has allowed him to implement strict financial measures; which enables Pamuka to offer competitive market pricing.
Nathi Mdlolo
Chief Technology Officer
Nathi Mdlolo is a Chief Technology Officer at Pamuka, where he leverages his excellent organisational and strategic thinking skills to integrate new technology trends and ensure any technology they introduce meets the needs of the company and focuses on the high-level functions. His responsibilities include planning and monitoring day-to-day operations and supervising staff with a client-centric and growth mindset. In addition, Nkosinathi is accountable for managing compliance activities and ensuring that Pamuka stays ahead of legal and regulatory requirements impacting the business.
After years of experience in various industries including retail, e-commerce and mining, Nkosinathi has developed a unique eye for spotting opportunities and co-creating innovative solutions for clients. His peers describe him as a self-starter who is dynamic and dedicated to creating meaningful, sustainable impact.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Nkosinathi is a member of a network of young African thought leaders and entrepreneurs redefining the African renaissance. In his downtime, he can be found cycling, listening to podcasts and lending his expertise to social impact projects.
